The Corps of Cadets offers scholarships ranging in value from $1,000 - $20,000 that carry no military obligation.

Corps scholarships are both need and merit based, with the majority reserved for students entering the Corps as freshmen cadets. In addition, most Corps scholarships qualify non-Texas residents for a non-resident tuition waiver.

When to Apply
High school students should apply during their senior year in high school. Applicants who are no longer in high school should apply the year prior to joining the Corps of Cadets. Applying early will increase your chance to receive a Corps scholarship. Early selection will enable scholarship presentations to be made in the spring, usually during high school awards ceremonies.
