Maj. Joe Hoffman

Assistant Director for Recruiting

Major Joe Hoffman was born in Harlingen, Texas. He enlisted in the Army in 1982 and later received his commission through ROTC at Oregon State University in 1988 in the Field Artillery. Since then he has served on numerous assignments throughout the nation and in Germany. As Assistant Director for Recruiting, Major Hoffman oversees the JCAP program, a program for high school JROTC, Civil Air Patrol, Sea Cadets and Young Marines students.

He is married to an Aggie, he and his wife Sara have four boys, Luke, Grant, Sam and Karsten.
